RETURN & REFUND POLICY

14-Day Return Guarantee
You may request a return within 14 days after your order is delivered.
To start a return, contact us at support@elvanishop.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Please do not send products back without contacting us first. If your return is approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
• The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
• The product must include all original parts and accessories.
• The product must not show excessive damage, misuse, or modification.
• Proof of purchase or your order number may be required.
Reasonable inspection or trial of the product does not automatically make an item ineligible for return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact support@elvanishop.com as soon as possible.
Include your order number and, when possible, photos or video showing the issue.
If we confirm that the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping
Unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
Do not return an item to the address shown on the original shipping package unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Original shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the order was incorrect, damaged, or defective.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been fulfilled.
If you need to cancel an order, contact support@elvanishop.com as soon as possible.
Once an order has already been processed or fulfilled, we may no longer be able to cancel it. You may instead request a return after delivery according to this policy.
